Where are my notes stored?
On your Mac, backed up automatically to your own machine. Nothing is uploaded. If you ever hit trouble, your recent snapshots are recoverable from inside Tacka.
How do I keep a note over a fullscreen app?
Pin the note to keep it on top, then turn on Follow Me Everywhere from the note's menu. It stays visible over fullscreen apps and across every Space. Follow Me Everywhere is a Tacka Pro feature.
How do reminders work?
Open a note's menu, pick Set Reminder, and choose a time. The note resurfaces itself with a notification when the time comes. Reminders are part of Tacka Pro.
I bought Pro on another Mac. How do I get it here?
Open the Tacka Pro window and choose Restore Purchases. Because Pro is tied to your Apple ID, it unlocks on any Mac you sign in with, at no extra cost.
I lost a note. Can I get it back?
Closing a note moves it to the trash rather than deleting it, and Tacka keeps automatic backups. Check the trash in the menu-bar list first, then Restore from Backup in Settings.
